Job title: Group HR Operations Excellence HeadLocation: Mumbai / Pune Grade: E1/E2 The Opportunity Capgemini is seeking a director/Sr. Director who will be looking at global people compliance/regulatory/risk mgmt as a primary role apart from experience of transformation business case value tracking and associated financial analysis. He / She will also be responsible for setting up global HR compliance, regulatory, internal audits & risk management controls. This role would also manage global HR Tech vendor contracts, budgets & forecasts. This person will - Establish global Compliance & Audit, regulatory risk mgmt reporting process working with Country CHROs and other key global stakeholdersFocus on systems changes wrt fair people practices reporting as per new CSRD standardEstablish controls to track to benefits of HR Transformation business case, Manage Budget Vs actuals reporting Establish approach to global HR Tech suppliers/vendors (incl governance, SLAs / tracking )Manage Group HR risks associated with audit Our Ideal Candidate He/She/They OR, The incumbent will have 18+ years of experience in global HR & Financial background.
